Engineering Manager with a desire to build great products.
Trackunit is looking for several stellar Engineering Managers to join our growing engineering team.
You will be leading one of our software engineering teams. Depending on the position, you'll be working with teams with a mix of backend and frontend developers working on a defined problem space. Team focus areas may include data ingestion, platform architecture and capabilities, or business-oriented solutions built on top of the platform. All our teams build on top of our extendable platform Trackunit Iris that we alsomake availableto our customers.
You will be a part of a cross functionalleadership team that includes other Engineering Managers as well as Product Managers. Together you are responsible for all aspects of the product areas within strategic product initiatives, including setting the direction as well as communication on current status and plans.
With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Aarhus, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from any of our hubs or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

Facilitate the development process from planning to demos and onwards through retrospectives following our Product Development Life Cycle.
Facilitate the ideation and definition of new features. We often co-create with our customers and take pride in breaking down complex problems into software that is easy to use.
Define and maintain the strategic direction for your team in close collaboration with product management.

What happens from here - overview of the recruitment process

Virtual meet and greet. Meet with our Director of Engineering, Torben, and a relevant colleague.
Depending on the team, we’ll make sure you meet your potential future leader at this stage. We know how important the relationship with your leader is, so we prioritize this early in the process.
Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. There are no correct answers and no"truth" - the aim is a dialogue about the results and Trackunit’s culture, so you’ll get to know us better as well.
Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or activities related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
