Revenue Assurance Manager
Trackunit is looking for a committed Revenue Assurance Manager to join a rapidly growing SaaS Business with an international atmosphere. This new role will step in and lead a team of highly skilled team members.
You possess a practical and financial mindset combined with great interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with various internal stakeholders on different levels.
This is an operational role within our Finance organization, and you will be reporting to our Director of Revenue and Billing. Your team consists of skilled people with diverse backgrounds. You will be supporting and driving the journey and vision of Trackunit directly to the customer via operating and streamlining our billing and order-to-cash processes.
We offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark. As many of your colleagues will be located in Aalborg, we will prioritize candidates located there or able to be often present in our hub.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
What’s in it for you?
- You will work closely with the Director of Revenue and Billing as your immediate leader. Yet, you will also be connected broadly to colleagues and internal stakeholders in the organization, working with different teams and people in both Finance, Engineering, and Commercial.
- A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving fast, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to be adaptable. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 400 employees.
- With modern and updated technology stack, at Trackunit you will be working with solutions such as Oracle NetSuite, Intercom and PowerBI.
- International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
- We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an outspoken feedback culture to help you identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
- Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
- Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we are committed to creating and contributing to an inclusive workplace. And this commitment starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here.
Who are you ideally?
- 5+ years of experience in operational finance, billing operations, revenue assurance, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash, billing mechanisms, reconciliations, and operational finance workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), and comfort working with data from CRM/usage/ERP systems.
- Background in financial controlling, auditing, or revenue reconciliation is a must
- Experienced in leading a team or ready for the next step into people leadership, with a genuine interest in enabling others and fostering growth.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to challenge how things are done—always seeking clarity, structure, and improvement.
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders through collaboration and insight rather than authority.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift as the business scales.
- Business-level English skills and ability to communicate clearly with colleagues across functions and geographies.
What You Bring Beyond Skills
- A heart for people and a genuine interest in developing as — or growing further into— a people leader.
- Motivation to influence change constructively and challenge existing processes when needed.
- The ability to balance operational execution with continuous improvement mindset.
- A desire to impact both the financial and operational backbone of a global SaaS organization.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.

- Ensure timely and correct invoicing of subscriptions, hardware, and installations.
- Maintain a strong team vision and drive accountability, growth, and alignment with the Trackunit Way
3. System & Process Optimization
- Improve end-to-end billing workflows, including data validation, invoice generation, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure ERP structural features are correctly implemented and continuously reviewed.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and plan long-term technical improvements.
4. Governance, Audit & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, internal controls, and reconciliations.
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits and compliance with accounting policies.

- Support Focus Customers and partner on cases where billing impacts the customer experience
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and improve KPIs such as billing accuracy, revenue assurance exceptions, and issue resolution times.
