Student Worker in Organizational Development
As a Student Worker in People & Talent at Trackunit, you will be an integral part of Trackunit's People & Talent team supporting the global organization with people and organizational initiatives.
We’re excited to get you on board, and to ensure a seamless fit for this role, we have a few requirements:
- Location: Copenhagen.
- Education: You should be enrolled in a university study, whether it’s a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Time commitment: We anticipate that you’ll be able to dedicate around 10-15 hours per week to this position.

The mission is to
- This role empowers you to contribute to Trackunit’s global growth by supporting the systems, tools, and stories that enable learning, leadership, and culture at scale.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of Trackunit’s organizational development initiatives (e.g. leadership & cultural development, onboarding, development for all) including designing, scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Assist the creation of high-quality enablement materials and activities (e.g. slides, guides, toolkits, playbooks) for leadership, development, and cultural activation initiatives, helping scaling learning and leadership capabilities throughout the organization.
- Maintain and upgrade internal company pages and resources related to leadership, culture, and organizational development.
- Conduct background research, benchmarking, or feedback gathering to inform program improvements and OD strategies.

- People development and how individuals grow in their roles and careers.
- Leadership and what it means to lead in a modern, human-centric workplace.
- Organizational development and culture and how it’s shaped through habits, rituals, and systems.
- Psychology, motivation, or change - and what drives behavior in teams and organizations.
