Join our team as an Internal Sales Support (ISS) specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and providing great sales support to drive business growth.
With locations in the hearts of Lyon, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in France.

Who are you ideally?
- You have demonstrable experience in sales support or customer service, with a background in a B2B setting being advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales support tools is advantageous, especially Salesforce
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Skill in assessing potential clients, pinpointing prospects, and augmenting the sales funnel
- Extensive verbal and written communication skills in French and English

Primary responsibilities:

Customer Assistance and Support:
- Receive and process orders from existing customers, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Provide support in sending quotations to potential customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.

Sales Coordination and Administration:
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications, including inquiries, follow-ups, and order confirmations.
- Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, and purchasing authority, and escalate promising leads to the sales team.
- Assist in making product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively addressing customer needs and concerns.

Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions to stay updated on new features, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Share product knowledge and sales techniques with colleagues to enhance overall team performance and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate genuine relationships with both existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for expanding the customer base.
