Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence & Analytics
Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence & Analytics
Trackunit is a fast-growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating out of many offices worldwide. Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalized industry of all — and we're changing that.
We are looking for a sharp, analytically rigorous, and strategically minded leader to own data, reporting, and decision support across our entire GTM organization. This is a builder role with real whitespace, real influence, and a mandate to shape how the GTM organization sees itself, plans its work, and makes decisions.
Right now, GTM data and visibility are fragmented across systems, teams, and tools. Decisions are delayed, leaders can't get what they need fast enough, and RevOps is too dependent on other teams for information it should own. You change that.
This is not a reporting role. It is a deeply analytical, strategic leadership role — and the scope is a leadership scope from day one. If you're excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up, with the resources and executive visibility to make it stick, this is your role.
This role sits within GTM Operations, reporting to the Senior Director, GTM Operations, and is open for remote / hybrid candidates. It is a full-time position. No relocation assistance is offered.
What's in it for you?
A seat at the table. This capability is a priority from the CEO and executive team down. You will have direct visibility and genuine influence on how the GTM organization plans, compensates, and measures its revenue motion.
A well-resourced mandate. You will have a Data Analyst reporting to you, a dedicated GTM Data Scientist, and access to a GTM Engineer. This is not a solo analytics job.
Modern tooling — and the freedom to shape it. Databricks as the analytical backbone. Claude as the delivery layer, with reporting built as live, interactive artifacts across all GTM systems — not static decks and refreshed spreadsheets.
Room to grow. The title, scope, and team are designed to expand as the function matures around you.
A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with genuine opportunities to grow internally. We move quickly — back in 2020 we were 150 employees, and we've just passed 450.
International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments, and borders.
Personal and professional development taken seriously — through training, coaching, and an open feedback culture that helps you understand your impact on yourself, your team, and the organization.
Flexibility and hybrid working that isn't just a line in a job ad. Tell us how you work best, and we'll make it work.
Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. This priority starts with our hiring — we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We assess candidates on their qualifications and merit only.
What you'll own
You are the data and analytical authority for the GTM organization. That means:
GTM Data Ownership & Governance
Serve as the single source of truth for all GTM-related data: revenue, forecasting, deal visibility, comp and quota attainment, and territory/segment planning
Govern data across multiple, disjointed systems — bring it together, rationalize it, and ensure integrity across all downstream outputs
Define what each GTM metric means, how it is calculated, and which system it comes from — so that two people asking the same question get the same answer
Partner with the Data Scientist and Data Analyst to build reliable, well-structured data tables and source-of-truth views in Databricks
Analysis, Insight & Decision Support
Go well beyond describing what is visible. Interrogate the data, test hypotheses, and segment it until you understand the mechanics of the business
Translate analysis into a clear point of view and a specific recommendation — own the "so what" and the "now what" behind every number
Build the analytical narratives that set up decisions: scenario models, sensitivity analysis, and trade-off framing that give leadership a real basis for choosing between options
Proactively identify blind spots and emerging questions in the data before stakeholders think to ask
Forecasting & Revenue Planning
Own the forecast cycle end-to-end — what goes in, how it is used, where the gaps are, and what needs to change
Maintain a rolling view of pipeline health, attainment trajectory, and revenue risk across all segments, regions, and pods
Stakeholder Visibility & Self-Serve Analytics
Ensure every level of the GTM organization has visibility into what they need, at their fingertips:
Executives: full-company performance view with regional and pod-level drill-down
GTM leaders: team performance dashboard — quota, gap to quota, rep-level drill-down, comp clarity
Individual contributors: personal pipeline view, attainment status, and close requirements
Design for transparency: the organization should not be waiting on a weekly report to understand how it is performing
Compensation & Territory Planning
Partner with Global GTM Leadership and Finance on compensation target design and modeling for all revenue roles
Support the analytical work required to evaluate and model the transition from a Billed to a Booked compensation framework
Data Quality & Process Advisory
Act as the diagnostic engine for GTM data quality — trace issues back to the process, system, or behaviour that caused them, and advise GTM Operations on how to fix them at source
Build the feedback loop so this is continuous, not a one-off clean-up
Who you are ideally
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM analytics function in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Genuinely strong analyst first — fast and rigorous with data, able to structure a question and get to a defensible answer without waiting for someone to build a report for you
Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and quota/comp analytics
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis. Excel is a foundation, not the destination — this role builds well beyond it
Working fluency in SQL and comfort in a modern data platform like Databricks: enough to query, validate, and reason about the data yourself
Curiosity and appetite for AI-native tooling. We build our reporting outputs as live, interactive artifacts in Claude — prior experience is welcome, but the real requirement is that you're excited to work this way and quick to learn
Familiarity with Salesforce and Clari, alongside other common GTM tools
Proven ability to build reporting and analytical infrastructure from the ground up in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Experience leading or mentoring analysts and getting more out of specialist resources than their headcount would suggest
Opinionated strategic thinker — you form views, make recommendations, and tell the organization what the data means and what it should do about it
Comfortable in whitespace — energized by the lack of a fully defined playbook, not paralyzed by it
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries — if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
Our hiring process
Don't waste your time writing the best possible cover letter. We want you to create an impact that matters — and that's not in a cover letter.
Initial conversation with a colleague from our People & Talent team to get to know each other.
Virtual meet and greet with the Senior Director, GTM Operations.
Assignment-specific interview. You'll receive a case to prepare and present to relevant colleagues — giving you a real window into the work.
Offer presentation and walk-through. We're lucky to have you.
