Agentic Engineering Experience Manager
Trackunit is building the platform that will eliminate downtime in construction - and we're finding ways to use AI to help us get there faster. We're looking for an Agentic Engineering Experience Manager to own the mission, together with a DevEx team, of making AI a genuine productivity multiplier across Trackunit's distributed engineering team. It's about building the culture, practices, and governance that make AI work at scale, grounded in evidence and measured by outcomes that matter. We believe that AI is an amplifier of existing engineering practices - so we work on improving them using the DORA AI Capability framework.
You will lead a focused team at the intersection of developer experience, engineering excellence, and information security. Your and the teams work will directly shape how fast Trackunit ships, how confidently our engineers experiment, and how securely we scale AI agentic development.
We treat AI agentic adoption as an organizational transformation, not a tooling rollout. A core part of that transformation is defining and establishing a software ADLC (Agentic Development Lifecycle), the governance layer that ensures agentic work is accurate, auditable, secure, and continuously improving.
You and your team will build the enablement layer that brings the ADLC to life: an agentic development network, onboarding programs, and close partnership with engineering teams through communities.
Underpinning all of it is a commitment to outcomes over activity doubling deployment frequency (from ~50 to +100 per day), user centric focus and generally connecting AI adoption directly to DORA software delivery performance metrics.
With locations in Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus, and Aalborg, we offer a flexible hybrid setup from anywhere in Denmark.
What's in it for you?
A leadership role with a mandate to build out and mature an emerging agentic engineering approach inside a fast-moving company.
Work closely with the Head of Information Security & Compliance, the Engineering Excellence Manager, and senior engineering leadership.
A place in an agile growth PaaS business that has grown from 150 to 450+ employees since 2020
International environment with regular check-ins and events across teams, departments, and geographies.
We take your personal and professional development seriously and support it through training, coaching, and an open feedback culture
Flexibility and hybrid working is not a cliché here. Structure your work the way it works best for you.
Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. Learn more about TIDE and our DE&I initiatives here.
Who are you ideally?
You have:
Experience leading developer experience, engineering enablement, or platform engineering in a cloud-native environment
A working understanding of DORA research and what it takes to improve software delivery performance in practice
Genuine curiosity about Agentic Development LifeCycle via prompt governance, human-in-the-loop design and LLM observability
The ability to create guidance that developers actually use
Comfort at the intersection of developer experience and information security
Experience building adoption through communities of practice, training and golden paths - not mandates
A metrics-first mindset, shown by data driven decisions that leads to outcomes over activity
You're comfortable in a tooling landscape that includes AI coding agents, LLM observability platforms, automated code review, and modern CI/CD, and curious about where it's heading.
Don't meet every single requirement? If you're excited about this problem and bring an open mindset, we encourage you to apply.
