Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our Product Supply organisation. In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming and simplifying our end-to-end order fulfilment process, improving logistics visibility, ensuring regulatory compliance and building scalable processes that support our continued global growth.

What we're looking for
Experience working within international logistics, supply chain or transportation operations
Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs processes and global transportation
Knowledge of import/export compliance including HS codes, EORI registrations and customs documentation
Experience coordinating with logistics providers, EMS partners or third-party warehouses
Ability to improve processes, create structure and build scalable ways of working
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including Commercial, R&D and Product Supply
A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems before they happen
Experience handling dangerous goods documentation or willingness to become the internal expert
Curious about using AI and automation to improve efficiency and remove manual work

What you'll be doing
Contribute to transforming our supply chain by:
Ensuring and simplifying the end-to-end order fulfilment process across Commercial, R&D and Product Supply
Optimising lead times and improving inventory visibility across EMS partners, dual-source suppliers and global 3PL providers
Strengthening logistics transparency to ensure efficient product availability and delivery
Ensure operational excellence by:
Coordinating transportation and distribution activities
Ensuring shipments are scheduled correctly and delivery deadlines are met
Working with transportation providers to resolve issues relating to weather, traffic and regulatory requirements
Maintaining full product traceability from manufacturing through to final delivery
Managing reverse logistics and returned products without disrupting ongoing operations
Build better systems by:
Creating checklists, SOPs, automatic flags and Confluence documentation
Developing systems that reduce reliance on manual processes and individual knowledge
Setting the standard for dangerous goods handling across Trackunit
Proposing new tools, workflows and continuous improvements
Own dangerous goods processes end-to-end
Maintain MSDS documentation across the product portfolio
Ensure UN38.3 documentation is always available
Manage correct packing instructions for all transport modes
Build automated processes that ensure dangerous goods requirements are never missed
Manage freight operations
Monitor day-to-day global logistics operations
Coordinate customs clearance for U.S. imports
Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
Improve packaging materials and shipping methods to reduce freight costs and product damage
Negotiate freight and warehousing agreements in collaboration with EMS partners
Prepare freight settlements and tariffs
Ensure export compliance
Manage HS code classification across products and markets
Handle ADD/CVD declarations
Maintain VAT and EORI registrations
Ensure export control requirements are met for destination countries
Prepare export documentation
Manage export-related product data
Organise shipment documentation into structured filing systems for rapid access
Drive continuous improvement
Identify operational challenges and improve them together with cross-functional teams
Recommend new automation opportunities, tools and workflows
Build Trackunit's internal dangerous goods knowledge base
Become the go-to logistics expert within the organisation
