Partner Engagement Manager (Factory Fit)
Partner Engagement Manager (Factory Fit)
Trackunit is a fast-growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating out of many offices worldwide. Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalized industry of all. This lack of digitalization has left construction far behind a global economy on the rise and placed the industry as one of the least productive industries too.
We are looking for a Partner Engagement Manager (Factory Fit) who will play a key role in growing and supporting our OEM partner ecosystem while helping scale one of Trackunit's most strategic initiatives.
You'll own the operational success of OEM partners participating in our Factory Fit program, ensuring installations are delivered with quality, predictability, and commercial alignment. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Success, you'll build trusted relationships with partners, improve operational performance, and help create scalable processes that support long-term growth.
With locations across Canada and the United States, we offer a flexible setup with the possibility to work remotely or from one of our offices.
What's in it for you?
A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have now grown to more than 450 employees.
International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and support them through training, coaching and mindfulness, alongside an open feedback culture that helps you identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by focusing on your impact on yourself, your team, and the organization.
Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us. We believe you know how you work best. Once you've decided what works for you, we'll make sure you have the IT equipment and support you need.
Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. This priority starts with our hiring—we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We assess candidates solely on their qualifications and merit.
Who are you ideally?
We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship management skills with operational excellence, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments.
Ideally, you bring:
Experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role within B2B SaaS, IoT, telematics, manufacturing, or construction technology.
Experience managing enterprise customers or strategic partners through onboarding, implementation, or ongoing success.
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
Experience building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and leading business reviews.
Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to drive decisions.
Technical curiosity with an understanding of connected devices, IoT platforms, telematics, or data-driven technology solutions.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and customer success platforms such as Planhat is considered an asset.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
Experience within construction equipment, heavy equipment, fleet management, or OEM partnerships is considered an asset.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries—this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're excited about this opportunity and your experience doesn't perfectly match every qualification, we'd still love to hear from you.
Primary responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Own the day-to-day management and operational success of OEM partners participating in the Factory Fit program.
Guide partners through onboarding, validation, installation, and operational readiness while ensuring a seamless experience.
Build trusted relationships with OEM stakeholders and act as their primary point of contact throughout the partnership.
Lead business reviews, workshops, and strategic conversations focused on adoption, operational performance, and long-term success.
Monitor partner health through KPIs, scorecards, forecasting, and reporting while providing accurate business insights.
Identify risks early, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Supply Chain to deliver successful partner outcomes.
Identify opportunities to expand OEM partnerships and support commercial growth initiatives.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights that improve products, processes, and the overall partner experience.
Contribute to the development of scalable governance, readiness frameworks, forecasting processes, and operational best practices that support the continued growth of the Factory Fit program.
