Coming together to connect construction
In Trackunit, we’re committed to construction, one of the largest industries in the world. Over the past two decades, we’ve been pioneering technological progress within construction. Today, we are not only a leading IoT provider, but a platform company shaping how the industry connects, operates, and grows.
We’re accelerating our platform journey through IrisX, combining data, connectivity, and AI-powered products and capabilities to redefine how construction operates. This shift requires a new level of clarity in how we position, commercialize, and scale our solutions.
What’s in it for you?
Work at the forefront of platform and AI innovation, helping introduce and scale new platform capabilities and AI-driven products in a complex, real-world industry
A role at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Marketing with real strategic influence
The opportunity to shape how a platform is positioned and brought to market across segments and solution areas
A place in a fast-growing platform company transforming construction through data and AI
A global, collaborative environment with teams across North America and Europe
The role
As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of how Trackunit’s platform, IrisX, is positioned, understood, and adopted across our customers and markets.
You will operate across product domains and commercial segments, shaping how Trackunit defines and communicates platform value, and ensuring that our capabilities translate into clear customer outcomes and measurable business impact. This role is both strategic and hands-on, defining direction while staying close to execution.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align platform ambition with market reality, guiding how we tell our story and how we win.
What you’ll do
Define platform positioning and narrative: Translate complex platform capabilities, including data, integrations, extensibility, and AI, into clear, differentiated customer value and shape how platform value is understood across the business
Define and evolve ICP and messaging: Shape and refine target customer profiles and ensure messaging resonates across segments, use cases, and lifecycle stages
Shape go-to-market strategy for platform initiatives: Ensure platform capabilities are integrated into commercial motions and not treated as isolated feature launches
Drive commercial clarity and outcomes: Connect product capabilities to customer value, adoption, and monetization, supporting Trackunit’s shift toward platform selling and new consumption models
Align across teams and domains: Work across product pods and commercial segments to ensure consistency in how the platform is positioned and communicated
Mentor and elevate product marketing practices: Support and guide PMMs across the team, helping raise the standard of positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution
Who are you ideally?
You have strong experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in multi-product or platform environments
You are able to translate complex systems into simple, compelling narratives
You think commercially and can connect product capabilities to customer value and revenue outcomes
You are comfortable operating across ambiguity and multiple stakeholders
You influence without authority and bring clarity to complex discussions
You balance strategic thinking with execution discipline
Experience with platform products, APIs, data products, or ecosystem-based solutions is a strong advantage
