Senior Revenue and Billing Specialist
Join our Finance Operations team as a Senior Revenue & Billing Specialist to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable execution of revenue operations across the order-to-cash lifecycle. Reporting to the Revenue & Billing Team Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert and key link between RevOps, Commercial, Finance, and Product Supply teams, translating business requirements into robust processes and system configurations while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Who are you ideally?
Experience working within finance operations, billing,, or order-to-cash processes.
Experience working with ERP systems and supporting finance tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions to operational challenges.
A structured and process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience improving workflows, automation, or operational processes is considered an advantage.

Primary responsibilities:
Own and support finance operations processes across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
Ensure accurate and efficient execution of billing, reconciliations, and revenue-related activities.
Act as a subject matter expert across ERP systems and supporting operational processes.
Investigate and resolve billing issues, reconciliations, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies.
Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate alignment across systems and revenue-related data.
Partner closely with RevOps, Commercial, Finance, and Product Supply teams to support smooth operational execution.
Drive continuous improvements in systems, workflows, and operational processes.
Identify and support automation opportunities that improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
Maintain high levels of data quality, operational accuracy, and process integrity.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders across functions on revenue operations-related topics.
