Student worker in People Operations
As a Student Worker in People & Talent at Trackunit, you will be an integral part of Trackunit's People Operations team supporting the global organization with structures, systems and processes, to scale people practices globally.
We’re excited to have you on board, and to ensure a seamless fit for this role, we have a few requirements:
Location: Aarhus.
Education: You should be enrolled in a university study, whether it’s a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with at least 1,5 years left.
Time commitment: We anticipate that you’ll be able to dedicate around 10-15 hours per week to this position, and join the team physically when they are together during the week (Tuesday and Thursday).

Your responsibilities
You will support the People Operations Specialists in the daily operational backbone of our people function, including:
· Support the preparation of employment contracts and help keep employee documentation accurate and up to date.
· Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, gaining insight into the full employee lifecycle.
· Help maintain employee records and data accuracy across systems.
· Support day-to-day people processes and basic compliance activities.
· Work hands-on with our HR system (HiBob), learning how people data and reporting are used in practice.
· Contribute to People Operations projects such as pay transparency, compensation cycles, and compliance initiatives — learning how HR supports the business.
This role is well suited for students currently studying, for example, business administration, HR, law, economics, or similar fields - but we value curiosity and motivation as much as your study background.
