At Trackunit, our IrisX industry cloud platform unlocks insights, benchmarks, and innovation on top of connected construction data. To accelerate adoption worldwide, we’re searching for a Head of Solutions Delivery who will establish and lead our global Solution Delivery function.

This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll combine delivery expertise, technical depth, and people leadership to build a world-class team. Your mission: ensure every IrisX project is successfully delivered, embedded, and driving measurable value for customers across the globe.

Who are you ideally?

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, professional services, or solution engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Background as a full-stack engineer or solution engineer, with coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with APIs (GraphQL, REST, Webhooks).
• Hands-on exposure to data engineering and analytics (Python, SQL, Spark) with Databricks experience a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong track record of defining delivery strategies, frameworks, and KPIs in a SaaS or IoT context.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at both technical and executive levels.
• A global mindset, comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
• Passion for driving adoption of cutting-edge technology in real-world industrial contexts

Primary responsibilities:

• Lead Globally: Build, manage, and scale a high-performing Solution Delivery team across regions.
• Drive Delivery Strategy: Define frameworks, methodologies, and KPIs to ensure consistent, measurable IrisX adoption.
• Ensure Customer Value: Deliver projects that create real business impact and long-term platform usage.
• Provide Technical Guidance: Oversee engineering aspects such as integrations, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Scale the Function: Establish best practices, global processes, and knowledge-sharing structures.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to align delivery with the IrisX roadmap.
• Close the Feedback Loop: Channel insights from delivery into product development to accelerate innovation.
• Measure Success: Own delivery metrics (timeliness, scope, adoption, satisfaction) and ensure accountability across the team.

It’s not about ‘correct’ answers but about starting a meaningful dialogue to ensure the best fit for you and Trackunit
• Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete responsibilities related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job
• If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself
