Account Based Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Based Marketing Manager to join Trackunit’s Revenue Marketing team and play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth through highly-targeted campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing Trackunit’s ABM strategy – designing tailored programs that connect our commercial teams with the right accounts, at the right time, with the right message.
You’ll lead multichannel campaigns and experiments across email, events, paid media, and 1:1 content – working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, Product to craft personalized experiences that move strategic accounts through the funnel.

Who are you ideally?
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You’ve built and scaled 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs across verticals or strategic accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking and executional skills, with a proven ability to design and run multichannel campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- Experience partnering closely with Commercial and cross-functional teams to align messaging, identify account needs, and tailor campaign tactics.
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and account intelligence platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or similar.
- You’re a natural collaborator with a “get it done” mindset, ready to navigate a global, fast-paced organization and build strong relationships across Marketing and Commercial.

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute highly-targeted ABM campaigns across channels including email, bespoke events, paid advertising, and 1:1 outreach to deliver on pipeline goals.
- Build and manage quarterly campaign and event plans aligned with Commercial priorities, ensuring visibility across Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Gain deep product and ICP knowledge to inform relevant messaging and campaign hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing partners, like Brand & Comms and Product Marketing, to integrate ABM tactics into broader initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial leaders and reps to stay informed on key account movements, market dynamics, and program performance.
- Partner with our paid marketing agency to run targeted, paid advertising programs aligned with the ABM strategy.
- Create assets in partnership with our Design Lead for campaigns and experiments, including landing pages, email workflows, ad creatives, and personalized 1:1 content like decks and videos.
- Track and report on campaign progress, performance insights, and goal attainment to stakeholders.
