Director of Technical Account Management, EMEA & APJ (m/f/d)
As the Director of Technical Account Management, EMEA & APJ, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers succeed with Trackunit’s technology. You’ll lead our team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) across Europe and Asia, acting as trusted technical advocates for our customers. The team, currently made up of 4 TAMs distributed across EMEA and APJ, is responsible for:
- Guiding customers through the technology evaluation and validation stages of the sales process for new business opportunities with existing accounts.
- Driving successful adoption of Trackunit’s technology by proactively overseeing data integrity and platform health.
The TAM team partners closely with customer counterparts to remove technical barriers, reduce technical debt, and accelerate adoption of new use cases and features. They also collaborate with customer teams on technology strategy, supporting CIO-level conversations and broader tech stack alignment.
As Director, your role is to lead and elevate this team - driving performance and growth while nurturing a strong, engaged culture. You’ll be responsible for setting and exceeding KPIs, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. Equally important, you will coach and develop your team, empowering them to succeed in their roles and grow as professionals, while ensuring Trackunit remains a trusted partner to our customers.
With locations in Denmark, Germany, and the UK, we offer a flexible work setup. You can choose to work from one of our local hubs, or opt for a hybrid or fully remote model within these countries.

Who are you ideally
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in B2B SaaS fast-growing companies.
- Able to articulate and define a strategy to effectively run and grow the TAM practice, while remaining closely aligned with Trackunit’s purpose and values.
- Proven ability to build, grow, and mentor teams, taking a hands-on approach to cultivating expertise, empowering individual contributors, and ensuring accountability.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong focus on customer success.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.

What you will do
Strategic leadership:
- Lead, expand, and mentor the European & Asian Technical Account Managers by hiring, training, and developing a world-class team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback, as well as conducting impact conversations and setting individual learning goals.
- Be a role model for Trackunit’s values and culture.
Accelerate growth:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
- Develop strategies and operations to improve win rates to discovering, articulating, and demonstrating Trackunit’s solution to deliver on specific technical requirements and desired business outcomes.
- Ensure the team meet and exceed expectations in completing projects successfully while meeting data and platform quality KPIs with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act like a player/coach and take ownership of a handful of key customers by nurturing deep relationships and trust in Trackunit’s solutions, while driving customer engagement and meeting growth targets.
Business partnering:
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success Management to improve engagement models and ensure the appropriate coverage of prospects and customers.
- Partner with Products, Engineering, Marketing and Professional Services teams to provide feedback to improve products, services and value messaging based on field experiences and feedback.
