(Sr.) Learning and Enablement Specialist
Trackunit is a fast-growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating out of many offices worldwide. Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalized industry of all. This lack of digitalization has left construction far behind a global economy on the rise and placed the industry as one of the least productive industries too.
We are looking for a (Senior) Learning and Enablement Specialist who will play a critical role in driving Trackunit’s Revenue and Go-to-Market (GTM) excellence through scalable learning and enablement initiatives. This role owns the Learning Management System (LMS), designs and delivers impactful training content, and ensures that all learning programs align with key GTM and organizational priorities. Partnering across Enablement, Education, Product Marketing, Product Management, and People & Talent, the Specialist enables Trackunit’s global teams to perform effectively across the entire customer journey while strengthening our internal and external learning ecosystems.
With locations in the hearts of London, ON and Kitchener, ON we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
What’s in it for you?
- A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 450 employees.
- International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
- We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
- Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
- Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. And this priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here.
Who are you ideally?
- Proven experience managing or administering an LMS (e.g., 360Learning, Docebo or equivalent).
- Background in instructional design, adult learning, or enablement content development.
- Experience working in or supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related GTM functions.
- Strong ability to scope, prioritize, and assess the impact of learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with SaaS, IoT, or telematics GTM models, and collaboration with Product Marketing and Product Management.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and link learning initiatives to business results.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
Primary responsibilities:
- LMS Ownership & Optimization: Manage, structure, and maintain the LMS to ensure seamless access, scalability, and reporting for global internal and external audiences. Partner with the Education team to align governance, taxonomy, and user experience.
- Content Development & Delivery: Design and develop engaging enablement content — including self-directed modules, facilitator-led sessions, and certifications — in collaboration with Enablement, Product Marketing, and Product Management. Translate complex topics into accessible, high-quality learning experiences.
- Intake, Scoping & Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to assess learning requests, evaluate effort and potential impact, and ensure alignment with GTM and organizational goals. Collaborate with the Revenue Enablement Director to inform prioritization and program sequencing.
- Enablement Training Strategy & Frameworks:
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Enablement to design and evolve Trackunit’s enablement training strategy, focusing on how learning is structured, delivered, and reinforced across teams.
- Contribute to frameworks for online, blended, and facilitator-led training, including delivery cadence, learning methodologies, and testing or evaluation standards.
- Translate enablement concepts into actionable learning programs that are scalable, consistent, and aligned to GTM and organizational priorities.
- Certification & Learning Metrics: Build and evolve certification programs aligned with GTM competencies and KPIs. Leverage LMS analytics to measure engagement and performance, identify skill gaps, and drive data-informed improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Enablement, Education, Product Marketing, Product Management, and People & Talent to ensure learning initiatives support every stage of the customer lifecycle, fostering consistency and scalability across regions.
Our hiring process
Don't waste your time on writing the best possible cover letter for the job. We want you to create an impact that matters, and that's not in the cover letter.
- Initial phone conversation with a colleague from our People & Talent team to get to know each other a bit better.
- Virtual meet and greet. Meet with Marie-france Duval
- Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. Our Hogan assessment enables us to understand your abilities and how you align with our team culture. Instead of seeking 'appropriate' responses, the priority is to develop a meaningful exchange that illustrates your synergy with the Trackunit team.
- Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or projects related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
- If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
- Offer presentation and walk-through. We’re lucky to have you!
The question is: Are you in?
